I offer a private space where we can talk about what’s upsetting you. We meet for an initial consultation, and although there is no requirement at this stage to commit to further sessions, it might take a few meetings to decide if we can work together, and whether what I am able to offer is appropriate for what you're struggling with. This could be any number of things, for example a pervasive feeling of depression, a distressing personal matter, relationship issues, a general feeling of anxiety, troubling family situation, work/career dilemma or disturbing changes in circumstance. Many people find it helpful to talk things through with someone who is neither a friend nor a family member: space for a different perspective to emerge.
